you know when you were about 5 or 8 or 10 and you were the best at everything and never made it last. But now it is all over now and you just over sports days. But if you could do that you can still do that, you just need practise but remember don’t do this:
”I swim 6 hours every 7 months” ”I swim 30 min every week”
so try just try and maybe you might just achieve your goals and remember
